In that case it will be your payment, please purchase on consent.

After the work arrives at the importing country,

we can not accept cancellation due to the above tax amount.

Tariffs are not necessarily all imposed but are judged by

the customs authorities in charge.
Therefore, please you understand what cannot be presented

in advance from me.

Returned or exchanged due to customer's convenience,

or due to customer's responsibility, if scratches

and contamination occurred, we can not accept returns.

Should you have any damaged or erroneous delivery

during shipping, please contact info@gutchee.com
within 1 week after delivery.
I will respond promptly after confirming the situation.

About payment method and shipment of works

● Safe payment on PayPal is possible.

The receipt is issued by PayPal.

Click "View receipt for printing"on the payment completion page.

● Other than the above, bank transfer is also possible.

I will ship within one week after confirming payment.

After shipping,

we will email the tracking number of the package to the customer.

We will also email you when your package arrives at the nearest

forwarding agency office, so as soon as possible.

I recommend you go get package by yourself.

If you do not notice and the baggage is left for a long time,
it may be sent back to the shipping source, so enough.

支払いを確認後、24時間以内に確認メールを送らせて頂き、

その翌日から1週間以内に作品を宅急便で発送致します。

発送後は発送お知らせメールに追跡用の貨物NOを添付してお送りします。
※発送時、配送表に木製パネルと印刷物などと記入し、美術作品とは

明記しない場合がありますのでご了承下さい。（厳重に梱包します）

お客さまのご都合による返品・交換、またはお客さまの責任により、

キズ・汚損が生じた場合、返品をお受け出来ません。
